Palmyra by EG Spiele

Germany 1996, brand EG Spiele, material cardboard and plastic, cm 23x30x6
Palmyra is game of strategy for 2 to 4 players aged 10+ made in 1996 by Reiner W. Knizia.
It is part of EG Spiele's "brainstorm" line and it’s new and sealed.
Palmyra was one of the most important trading centres of the ancient world. Caravans travelled for thousands of kilometres to bring their goods to this market town, on the Far Eastern border of the Roman Empire. Here vintage wines, rare spices and the most precious jewels were available.
Now you are a Palmyra merchant.
You must buy and sell goods, taking into consideration price variability and adopting a strategy to beat the other merchants in the space of 3 trading years.
You must deal with cold and calculating rivals who will try to get rich behind each other’s backs.
A little attention and a touch of astuteness are sufficient to establish oneself in this unusual market.
