Made in the MOSER glassworks in Karlovy Vary in Czechoslovakia by Luboš Metelák.
L. Metelák was a czech glass artist and younger brother of Milan Metelák.
From 1962 he worked at the MOSER glassworks as a designer and later as head designer of the glassworks and head of the development department (today MOSER STUDIO) until 1994.
Creator of significant works, for example a vase with the portrait of JVMyslbek for the Venice Triennale in 1957.
